Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: Use at 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-2. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rmFrizzled-2 is ~25 ng/lane and 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Direct ELISA: Use at 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-2. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-2 is ~5 ng/well.
